The Computer Lab service department is fully equipped to handle any troubleshooting issue that might arise, with Apple and PC Certified technicians on call to handle any of your warranty or non-warranty needs. At The Computer Lab, we have the know how to set-up your machine for internet connectivity, whether it be wired or wireless, secure your PC to surf the net without being succeptible to viruses, to perform upgrades, recover data, and to perform both hardware and software repairs to get your Mac or PC back up and running.

Rates and Services - In Store

Basic Repair (Hardware)- $85/hour for Desktops; $100/hour for Laptops
Basic Repair (Software)- $85/hour for Desktops and Laptops
Memory and PC card Installation- $25-$50 one time charge plus cost of installed module
Software Installation- $85-$127 for installation, depending on software
Data Recovery Services- $85/hour for attempted Data Recovery Services
Virus Protections and PC Optimization- $85/hour for removal of spyware, malwave and viruses and addition of anti-virus software to help keep computer from being compromised in the future
Internet Connectivity (Wired or Wireless)- $85/hour

If you need your machine back quickly, we offer a RUSH ervice for $15 more an hour.

Rates and Services - On Site

Onsite Repair and Troubleshooting- $150/1st hour and $100/hour each additional hour for tasks ranging from established network connectivity to to troubleshooting software issues
